Core Values
Commitment to Excellence, launched in 2001, is a program designed to create a corporate culture that emphasizes getting results in an environment where employees can build a rewarding, meaningful career.
CTE is built on nine core values, and they are not just words on a wall. The first five customer commitment, high-performance culture, fleet of foot, safety and innovation describe how we are going to meet our operational objectives. The second four accountability, integrity, respect for others and teamwork describe the behaviors we will show as we get there.
